Arvind Kumar Saraswati (Ph.D) is an Assistant Professor of Hospitality at Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, GGIP University, New Delhi (INDIA) and the Academic Coordinator of undergraduate program in Hotel Management. Also the Research & Consultancy Coordinator of the School, he is diligently committed to promote quality education & researches in the domain of tourism and hospitality in India & overseas. He has keen interest in tourism and hospitality marketing particularly in the sphere of Hospitality Operations & Management, Tourism Administration & Management, Service Marketing, Relationship Marketing, and Online Marketing & Destination Promotion. He has participated in more than fifty national and international conferences in various role of Keynote Speaker, Chair Session and presenter. He is the serving Editors of “Indian Journal of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Research”, and the present convener of India International Hotel, Travel & Tourism Research Conference, held annually since 2009.Being an adherent of tourism films as modality for tourism development and destination promotion, he is remained associated with Art&Tur International Tourism Film Festival, Portugal, Zagreb Tour-film Festival, Croatia and International Tourism Film Festival, South Africa as Jury Member; Woodpecker International Film Festival as screening committee member and also a life member of International Film and Television Club.
Dr. Arvind Kumar Saraswati is an Academician, Author & Researcher in the domain of Hospitality & Tourism Management with special focus on Service Marketing & Destination Promotion. He holds the editorship of various Tourism Research Journals and actively involved in research conferences as Convener, Keynote Speaker and resourced person across the globe. He is also the judge of few International Tourism Film Festivals in Portugal, Croatia & South Africa. He is a decorated professional with many national and international recognition of being best young teacher & researcher.
