Berna, has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and 25 years of working experience in marketing. She had started her career in Arçelik (household appliances company), which is the leader in Türkiye and the third largest white goods company in Europe.
In her career she had many roles including product management, brand management, international marketing and marketing communication. Currently she works as a marcom director at Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) and manages the brand strategy to boost the number and profitability of tourists Türkiye hosts. Also, developing new brands and cross segments synergies and provide media mix strategies are the main efforts to meet organizational goals.
