He was born in 1974. He graduated from Mimar Sinan University Fine Art Academy. He has been directing documentaries and tv programmes for years. He has directed more than 250 documentaries, tv programme and promotional films.  He is the director who makes most promotional films in Turkey. He directed  most of international activities  held in Turkey. His documentaries (Culture, tourism and sport) won international awards. Can Saraçoğlu participated as a jury member to festivals in many countries around the World. He has been teaching students about sinema and documentaries.  He prepares  social responsibility campaigns about healty children. Until today he has worked with Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of  Youth and Sports, Ministry of Health and  Republic of Turkey Promotion Fund.  He is also the President of Turkey Promotion Association and has own production company named Tukan Film.
